We ship internationally via international air mail and EMS courier service. You will be able to review shipping fees in your order. Ordering and shipping Order will be processed and shipped within 3 working days if the products are in-stock. If the products need to be pre-ordered, extra time may be needed for processing. Air mail parcels take 7-21 working days to deliver. Express delivery parcels should take 4 working days to deliver, but may take up to 14 days for some countries. Both delivery methods provide tracking numbers to trace the progress of your shipment. We are not responsible for any delivery loss after shipping the parcel, but we will try our best to track for customers and claim back the parcel fees. However, for registered airmail items, we will not be able to claim back any fees, so please consider using EMS service to guarantee refund. The risk of a parcel getting lost is minimal, unless there are special circumstances at your customs office. Thank you for understanding. If parcel got returned to us because no one claimed it from the post office or customer provided an incorrect address, customer should pay again for delivery to be arranged. We will then arrange your order manually. Return Policy If a product you purchased came with a defect, was damaged originally, or came in a wrong size, we will exchange it for you. Please contact us to arrange an exchange. When returning the product, it should be new and absolutely clean as it was shipped. Please make sure to return products with the original packaging.
